Reservation Terms & Conditions

• First-Come, First-Serve Reservations
  All reservations are available through our website only. We cannot accommodate walk-ins or phone bookings, so please be sure to secure your spot online.
• Time Slots and Seating
  • Reservations will be for specific time slots on the selected day, with limited seats per slot. Please choose your time slot carefully, as seating is limited.
  • Each seating lasts approximately 40 minutes to allow each guest a relaxed, immersive experience.
• Arrival and Grace Period
  • Please arrive promptly at your reserved time. We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, your reservation may be forfeited to accommodate other guests.
• No Prepayment Required
  We’ve made our reservation process easier—no prepayment is required. Simply select your desired time slot to secure your spot on the day of your choice.
• Cancellation Policy
  If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so that we can make your spot available to others eager to experience our ramen pop-up.
• Group Reservations
  If reserving for a group, please ensure that all members of your party arrive together. Staggered arrivals cannot be accommodated due to our seating arrangement.
• Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
  While we aim to accommodate dietary needs, please note that cross-contamination may occur due to our small kitchen environment. Inform us in advance if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to assist.
• Priority Access for Early Supporters
  As a thank-you for your support, the first 250 enquirers have exclusive access to early reservations. If you’re part of this group, use the special link sent in your message to reserve your seat before reservations open to the general public.
